Ready to buy crypto on Binance C2C but wondering which payment method to use? Can you use both WeChat and Alipay? This guide sorts it all out.
Supported Payment Methods
After signing up for Binance and completing verification:
Bank Transfer
Most traditional and commonly used. Transfer via mobile banking to the merchant's account.
- Pros: High limits, relatively lenient risk controls
- Cons: Manual operation, large amounts may have delays
- Best for: Large transactions
Alipay
- Pros: Quick, instant arrival
- Cons: Not all merchants accept it, may have per-transaction limits
- Best for: Small to medium transactions
WeChat Pay
Yes, WeChat works. But not all merchants support WeChat.
- Pros: Most convenient
- Cons: Fewer merchants, lower limits
- Best for: Small transactions
How to Filter by Payment Method?
On the C2C buy page, use the "Payment Method" filter to show only merchants accepting your preferred method.
How to Add Your Payment Methods?
- App → Profile → C2C → Payment Methods
- Tap "Add Payment Method"
- Select type (bank card/Alipay/WeChat)
- Enter details
- Save
Important: Payment info must match your verified identity. If your ID says "Zhang San," your bank card must also be under "Zhang San."
Comparison
| Method | Merchants | Limits | Speed | Risk Control |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Bank Transfer | Most | Highest | Fast | Medium |
| Alipay | Many | Medium | Instant | Lower |
| Fewer | Lower | Instant | Lower |
Critical Payment Tips
Never write crypto-related terms in transfer memos — this is the most important rule. Leave blank or write "transfer."
Always use your own verified account — merchants only accept same-name payments.
Complete payment within the time limit — orders auto-cancel after 15-30 minutes.
Always tap "I've Paid" after transferring — otherwise the order times out.

Summary
Binance C2C supports bank transfer, Alipay, and WeChat. WeChat works but has fewer merchants. Bind at least bank card and Alipay for flexibility. Most important: use your own verified account and never mention crypto in memos.
