Filtering Options
By trading pair: Select a specific pair (e.g., BTC/USDT) to view only that pair's records.
By time: Set start and end dates. Quick shortcuts for last 1 day, 1 week, 1 month, 3 months, etc.
By trade type: Distinguish between spot, margin, futures, C2C, and other types.

What Each Record Contains
A typical trade record includes:
- Trading pair: e.g., BTC/USDT
- Direction: Buy or Sell
- Fill price: Actual execution price
- Fill quantity: Amount of crypto traded
- Fill amount: Total trade value
- Fee: Fee charged for this trade
- Time: Precise execution time (to the second)
- Order number: Unique order identifier
Exporting Trade Records
If you need to export records for tax reporting or personal analysis:
- Web: Orders → Trade History → "Export" in the upper right
- Select the time range
- Select the trade type
- Generate a CSV or Excel file for download
You can also retrieve historical trade data via API, suitable for quantitative traders or technically savvy users.
Note: Single exports have time range limits. For very long histories, you may need to export in segments.
Trading Reports
Binance also offers more advanced reporting features:
- Find "Trading Report" in the account center
- Generate comprehensive reports for specific time periods
- Includes P&L calculations, fee statistics, and other summaries
Users in certain regions can also get formatted reports that meet local tax requirements.
Using Trade History for Analysis
Regular review of trade history significantly improves trading skills:
Analyze win rate: Calculate the ratio of profitable to losing trades. If your win rate is below 50% but each win is much larger than each loss, the strategy may still be viable.
Analyze fee ratio: Cumulative fees versus total P&L. If fees account for a large proportion, trading frequency may be too high or you should upgrade your VIP tier.
Analyze time distribution: Identify which time periods you trade best in and which tend to produce losses.
Analyze performance by pair: P&L across different trading pairs — find the ones you're best at.
FAQ
How long are records kept? Binance keeps all your historical trade records permanently — they're never auto-deleted.
Can I see records for delisted pairs? Yes, even if a trading pair has been removed, your historical trade records are still preserved.
Where are C2C trade records? C2C orders are viewed separately under "C2C" → "Orders," not in spot trade history.
Building the habit of regularly reviewing and analyzing trade records is an important step in progressing from a novice to a mature trader.
